I saw this post on the USC Admission FB page the other day:

"With application season complete, we want to thank our Admission Center staff, tour guides and interns for walking backwards for hundreds of tours, greeting thousands of visitors, and answering even more questions. Theyre now gearing up to welcome our newly admitted students to the Trojan Family. Fight On!"

Does this mean that they've made all admission decisions already and are simply waiting to release them? Or no?

No, because most people will hear in March and some have senior fall grade requests.

The transfer application deadline was February 1, 2013. That was just a few days ago. I am guessing there will be around 10,000-12,000 applications to transfer to SC. All those need to be read and considered before notifications are made by June 1, 2013 for transfer students.

With the huge number of senior applications which were submitted this year I would imagine the admissions staff will be considering these through the month of February and early March.
