<p>I'm applying for transfer. I mailed all of my materials (except midterms) 3 weeks ago, in a same envelope. Only college transcript and final year report appear to be received, yet instructor evaluation and college official's report appear not received. Why is that so? Is there anyone out there having the same problem as I do?</p>
