A few days ago I submitted my application through the EA plan. Although I've immediately received an e-mail verification from the commonapp website, I have not yet heard from Earlham confirming that they've received my application. Should I be concerned, or will it just take them awhile because of the busy time of year this is?

Also, I understand that Earlham will accept my SAT scores from my transcript, is this true?

I can’t answer the second question since I sent my official report, but I think I can answer the first. I never got a confirmation email from the school, but I got the common app one. I also did Early Action and submitted about a week ago. You’re probably fine. Good luck!

I applied for RD. They sent me an email, stating that everything is okay…and my file has been made. But i got this mail after all my transcripts got to the college about 3 weeks later. So dont worry…they’ll surely send you a mail when your file has been prepared…about 1 week or so. Further you can check in the Common Application if the college has “downloaded” your supplement and application or not.

Yeah, I lied- I just got a confirmation e-mail from Earlham and an account stating all my materials are in and my app’s ready for review. Glad everyone’s worked out!
