<p>I can only find the preliminary one, which I did for USNASS.</p>
<p>You should have received something in the mail with a username and password. It also came with a few other forms detailing the application process.</p>
<p>You will be given a username and password for the application once you they give you a candidate number. If you have been given a cadidate number but have not gotten the username/password, then you may want to contact USNA.</p>
<p>I believe you need to first complete the peliminary application...which can be done on-line; once completed, if you meet the minimum requirements you will be sent a candidate number in the mail along with a hard-copy of the application...the candidate number will allow you to assess the candidate information system, which can also be used to track your admission file as to what information the USNA admissions office has recieved, DoDMERB info, nomination info....
