Applied regular decision but VT is first choice

<p>I applied regular decision but VT is my first choice. Can i send an e-mail to the admissions office saying that it is my first choice? and if I do get accepted that i will go 100% percent?</p>

<p>Admissions doesn’t work like that. Your acceptance depends on your transcript, SATs, and information from your application.</p>
