Apply to MIT 2 times?

Heey guys and girls. I have just finished my junior year. I have a lot of plans and competitions in the next year (march-may) and I hope I will win some of them.
Now I'm thinking about apply this year or next year. Now I have strong enough resume, but I'm afraid of being declined. What do you think apply this year or next year with stronger stats and resume? If I will be rejected this year and then apply next year, will it reduce my chances? I mean will it reduce my chances to get into if apply 2nd time?

Thank you

No, it won’t reduce your odds of admission if you re-apply after being denied, and there are certainly people who have been admitted the second time around.

I believe in the past when this question has been asked, the admissions officers have indicated that, although they’re aware when an applicant has previously applied, they do not generally look at the previous application.

mollie is correct

No problem. Are you International student?

Yes, I’m international student.
