Applying as an international applicant: From the US to the UK

Here's my back story. I graduated from the class of 2011 and applied to a couple of cal states and UC's. I got into Cal Poly Pomona and Cal State Fullerton on a whim though, because my GPA and sat scores were very average (1600 and 3.5). Unfortunately my family had kind of a money crunch and I ended up going to MT. Sac as a result. With classes being hard to get lately, i've been very skeptical about transferring within two years. My mom brought up the idea of going to england to study, because I have a lot of relatives over there, in addition to my parents having lived there for a good amount of time.

Anyways, I found out about the UCAS application system and I filled out most of the criteria. However I'm still really confused because it's very different from the college application forms in the US. I have absolutely no idea where I should apply, because I'm a computer science major. My application has literally been almost full for a few months now.

Anyone want to give me advice?

You might find studentroom DOT uk DOT co a good resource, it is a UK site about college apps.

As far as I know, UK schools do not really do transfers, they have a program and you follow it. England is often a 3 year program and Scotland 4 year. It will be extremely expensive due to the exchange rate.
