Applying for Art Grad Schools, could use some advice

Hi everyone! I'm an art student about to graduate from a midwest public university with a double major in cinema and art. I'd like to move on to graduate school for art. I work in film, animation, drawing and sequential art (graphic novels, comics, etc). I'm graduating with honors in both majors, gpa is about 3.65, a little more in each specific major, was nominated for a pretty sizable scholarship by my department (film). My portfolio isn't as strong as I'd like it, but does represent my multidisciplinary approach. If pressured, sequential art is by far my most passionate pursuit. I'm wanting to apply for Yale graduate art school, RISD, AIC, and Columbia. Maybe Cal arts too? If anyone has any idea what kind of chances I might stand for those schools, I'd love to have some tips and suggestions. I also would love to hear suggestions for safety schools, I just can't seem to narrow it down, selecting them seems so arbitrary. Thanks so much for your help!
