Applying for williams.

<p>I was hoping to apply for Williams college after I found out that it is best liberal arts college in the US. My questions are:</p>

<p>*I wish to join a university that has a rigorous chem and bio courses with good profs. So, is Williams a good choice?
*I am ESL applicant and I have taken all my High school (in fact from grade 7) classes in English. Do they require TOEFL? Or is it not important?</p>
