<p>Hmmm I think itll be close...your an international(making it tougher than normal) and this is a public school so it tends to favor in-staters</p>
<p>Because of the rolling admissions, Id say stop hanging around and asking and hurry up and apply.....the earlier you apply the better chance you have</p>
