do I just need SAT/ACT’s and Scottish higher’s (they say you need higher’s on their website), do US univercitys want higher’s or advanced higher’s !!
Im applying to all the UC’s and potentially NYU

but when they say you need higher’s on their websites do they mean advance higher’s

anyone who has gone to the US a uni from Scotland what did you apply with ??

It really, truly, is OK for you to contact the International Admissions Office at each of the universities that you are interested in, and ask them. They will be able to answer your questions, and can give you much more specific information than any of us can.

They want six Highers, or 4 highers + 1 Advanced higher + a high SAT or ACT score + (if relevant) SAT Subjects + in-depth ECs + good essays + your Standard or Intermediate grades.
