<p>does jhu's online application system have a tendency to crash during the last few days before apps are due? i know for the UCs, the website always crashes like a week or two before the deadline.</p>

<p>In the four years that we have operated the JHU Online Application we have not experienced problems with the system crashing. </p>
<p>However, a strong piece of advice ... you shouldn't be asking such a question because basically it just means you are planning to procrastinate and submit your online application at the last minute. Don't do that. Submit it in advance and don't take the chance of anything happening.</p>
<p>thanks for clearing that up. i'm not trying to procrastinate. the reason i asked is because i've heard horror stories of students who have applied elsewhere who turned in their online apps a week or more before hand and the site crashed. i just wanted to know if jhu has also experienced that.</p>
