<p>When did you apply to Howard??? When is the extensions for applications due, just wondering a friend wanted to apply, but the website didn't say when the apps are due??</p>
<p>I thought the deadline for Howard was pushed to March 1st and I actually applied in early January and get a decision early February.</p>
