Hi I am applying to all the schools mentioned above and I am currently a freshman in my first semester still and will apply as a transfer sophomore applicant. By the end of the year I will have 32 units. My first semester GPA will be 3.88-3.94 around there. My second semester GPA however, will be around, a 3.94-4.00 GPA. What do you think my chances are to getting into these business schools? These college are not factoring in my high school GPA and SAT scores as well. So please someone help me out about my chances as I really scared haha! Please do let me know as soon as you can! And I am also currently enrolled as a Freshman at San Jose State University and in the business school here currently if that helps!
@Gumbymom u have any advice on this topic or tips please?
@Jokes123: I am not familiar with the transfer admissions to these schools but based on your GPA, I would say you are a competitive applicant as long as you meet the transfer course requirements.
Best of luck.
“These college are not factoring in my high school GPA and SAT scores as well”
How do you know this? As a freshman transfer applicant colleges usually do look at your high school GPA and test scores.
I called them and asked them only NYU is somewhat I believe. But the other colleges said typically if I have more than 30 units by the end of the year then they will mostly just only look at my college transcripts. I asked them through the email and phone so I guess that should be correct? @TomSrOfBoston
Thank You!!!
@TomSrOfBoston were u a transfer applicant in the past also?
Will you have 30 credits completed by the time they review your application?
No, I will have 16 units by the time I apply but 32 units by the end of the year and they said that is fine because they will request a midterm report.
wait @TomSrOfBoston were u a transfer student also?
