When filling out the scholarship portion of the ApplyTexas application, do I have to list my son's father's income? We are divorced and I have custody and my son lives with me full time. I do not want to list his income as I will be the one paying for my son's college. Thank you!!!

From here ApplyTexas; it looks like no. Only if married.

Erin’s Dad, Thank you!!! I was just wondering about the question that asks for father’s income. I don’t want his income to be considered at all since his contribution to my son’s college education will be $0.

Maybe the OP should call Texas and ask over the phone: while the online form only asks for Spouse’s Income if married, farther down in item #13 it does ask for Father’s income (clicking on ‘divorced’ status does not make the line 13. Father’s income item go away).
