<p>I'm practising my essay-writing skills right now, but I'm writing on lined paper as opposed to the official two-page-boxed template the SAT gives you.
(I'm using prompts from CC and library books :P)</p>
<p>So can anyone give me a rough estimate of how many words the essay should be? I know that it varies depending on how big you write, but just a rough number?</p>

<p>(quality over quantity my friend). But usually, if you have a lot written it shows that you are prepared and informed.</p>

<p>the essay is marked based on length though, so i’m just trying to get a rough idea. this is assuming the quality is already decent.</p>

<p>Just fill up both pages for a 10 or higher</p>
<p>There are 50 lines. 8 words per line = 400 words.</p>
