April Sat Scoress!!!!!

I didn't really prep for this one, which was a big mistake. My writing was a blow, as I got a perfect in that on the PSAT. But the math I hated, so I'm glad that I hit 700 with that. I just want to get my writing to 760+, keep my CR around the 780-800 range and see if I can boost up that math 20 points or so. I don't think it'll be too extraordinarily bad. I'm taking the June SAT, so we'll see. I hope I hit the 2300 mark!

800 CR
700 W (10 essay... ouch)
700 M

2200 total.

I'm exactly the same way when it comes to math. I took a few practice tests and my math scores were consistently better than CR... but on test day I ran into a math problem I wasn't sure how to do and I spent the next few minutes just trying to get my heart rate down. These tests just stress me out, man.

For people who have lower scores on the SAT's than the other ppl here, you should know that 95% of the people on this forum are really, really smart and have really high goals as far as college goes, so you shouldn't be discouraged simply cuz you dont much up with them. The percentile score you get on the test is more accurate.

800 W, 790 M, 750 CR - 2340 :)

670 CR, 660 math, 620 writing (10 essay) - 1950

i don't think it's bad for my first time without studying but some of these peoples' scores are insanely high. oh well. this is why i'm not going to an ivy league i guess.

I'm retaking the test in June as well--I wanna hit 2300.

Took SAT as a Junior for the first time ... (don't know whether to take it again this June or wait until next fall...?), I was hoping for at least 2100.. but scored as follows:
680 CR
670 M
650 W (10Essay) (yikes, I thought I would do much better in this section!)
Total: 2000

700 CR
690 M
690 W

think i can get into berkeley?
