APUSH Test

is anybody here worried about the APUSH test? Our school is offering it for the first time this year and none of us students feel like we're learning anything, because our teacher doesn't teach or do anything productive in class.

What are your tips, ideas, thoughts about the final APUSH test...

It will be easy

how/why do you say that??

Buy this book, it’s a great review text. I used it for my midterms and it was really thorough but concise:

Im taking APUSH this year. I asked around abotu the AP test, and they say that getting a 3 or 4 really is not that hard. a 5 will definitely take more work.
I bought this book [Amazon.com: Cracking the AP U.S. History Exam, 2008 Edition (College Test Preparation): Princeton Review: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Cracking-U-S-History-College-Preparation/dp/0375428518/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1236728309&sr=8-3), i was browsing it yesterday and it looked pretty good.

Everyone knows Amsco is the bible for APUSH. Although i cannot say I got my 5 due to it, it was the book my teacher made us buy before the semester started, and had very accurate AP questions.

I know I can ‘ace’ the multiple choice section with ease. Its just the DBQ crap I have to worry about. If its one on Vietnam I know I can do all right on

^ The DBQ was on Vietnam last year, so it definitely won’t be on Vietnam again this year.

I’m worried about it too. Only because my APUSH class just got to The Alamo… we’re very behind in the curriculum. I’m going to have to kick the self-study into high gear very soon.

The AP U.S exam is actually one of the toughest. It’s over 3 hrs long. About half of the questions come from the early time periods, but the best thing you can do is self study if you’re worried. It will only benefit you. ;)

My class is beginning early chapter review “quizzes” -cough-50Qtests-cough- next week. Our teacher actually told us to buy the Princeton Review book. She said the students who buy it generally get a grade higher than the students who don’t. I’m looking for a 5 so…
