Firstly:
Sophmore
Only AP course
5 APUSH (used up the entire essay packet and an extra page!)
800 SAT2
I am a historyphile (read history textbooks for fun in 7th grade and have never stopped being fascinated; dorky, i know. But I love it!)

Secondly:

To the person who questions the importance of women in American history:
Women are fundamental to American history, even if they were not allowed to do much in the beginning part of it. Were they not major suppporters of abolition? Was Seneca Falls not an extremely important moment in American history; did it not lay the groundwork for women's suffrage? Wasn't the author of Uncle Tom's Cabin a woman? Weren't a lot of women teachers in some of America's first schools? The Daughters of the Revolution. Clara Barton. Florence Kelley. Victoria Woodhull. Eleanor Roosevelt. Rosa Parks. Mary Mcleod Bethune. Susan B. Anthony. The list goes on and on. And this is coming from me who did not consider the DBQ subject withihn their expertise.

Thirdly:

To Hua Ling: Remember two things when you say "everyone's getting a five on this test":

1) Many CC'ers are overacheivers

2) People who get lower scores will probably not feel as comfortable posting them as someone who scored a five, so the statistics are quite exaggerated. This same phenomenon occurs in the ED threads for Ivy League schools (se for yourself): many, if not the majority, of the decision posts, are "ACCEPTED" ones, yet you know that Harvard rejected approximately 20,000 applicants this year.

And now, a sigh of satisfaction, relief, and congrats to all who even attempted to take the test. An even bigger congrats to those who managed to study for the test and maintain a life:)
