Arch Major- Chances?

<p>I'm a male from Long Island, and I'm looking to go into architecture. </p>

chem (Regents :/, still no idea why after breezing through bio)

<p>SAT- 1890 -frustrating, but i'll improve it in november

ACT is a 28. so basically the equivalent of the SAT
my first SAT II's will be in december</p>

<p>Average- 97.4 weighted ~94 unweighted
rank- 30/544 (improved a lot after 11th, I hope to end up around 25-26)</p>

-Cooper Union (from what i know, may be worth throwing in an app and seeing if i win the lottery with a good home test)

<p>The difficult part here is knowing which schools have architecture programs that are much tougher to get into than the rest of the school, which i'm hoping someone who knows the major can help me out with. Like, say, Syracuse doesn't stand out overall, but obviously their arch program is very tough to get into (it's a reach). But apart from top 10 lists it's tough to identify which schools really stand out for their architecture.</p>
