Are 5 year master's viewed as good to employers?

Numerous universities offer programs that allow students to achieve a bachelors and masters degree in just five years. I don't know why, but I felt for some reason that an employer would prefer a normal 6 year route? I'm probably wrong but can someone just fill me in? Would one of these degrees be a good idea to pursue?

I don’t think an employer cares when or how you got it, but that you got it. I might be wrong, employers might ask you how long it took you to get your degrees? I don’t know but doubtful.

My son is in one of these programs right now. I think it’s all good. After all, look how many students can’t even complete a B.S./B.A degree in 4 years?!!! I think it shows motivation and certainty in a career.
