Are any college campuses open to walk around during covid?

Hello,

My family and I are planning on doing a covid-safe road trip during spring break to walk around college campuses that my twin and I applied to. My father is adamant that I do not commit to a school without seeing it in-person. Does anyone know if these campuses are open to pedestrians?

Northeastern University, Yale, Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern

Thank you! Any insight is appreciated. Also, feel free to add info about other schools not on this list for others who are interested in touring.

We recently drove to Los Angeles and toured USC and UCLA, both of which allowed outside visitor to walk on campus as long as they followed covid guidelines (USC required a guest pass, which is easily accessible through the Trojan Check website).

Columbia is - we were there on Sunday. No access to buildings though.

Northwestern is open to pedestrians.
