are cc classes taken senior year of hs considered in uc apps?

I had signed up to take AP calculus AB at my high school, but over the course of this summer I've decided to drop the class and take Calculus I at the local community college during the fall (of this year) instead. (My high school does not offer Calculus BC so I'm hoping to take Calculus I in the fall then Calculus II in the spring)

So I'm a bit confused regarding the UC application process... I know that the UC's require a community college transcript submission of all the academic courses haven been taken by the student. But since I am taking the class (calc I) during the fall, the final grades of the course would not be out and listed in my college transcript until the end of the semester in mid-December, which is way past the deadline of when the UC applications should have been submitted. I have also heard that only the community college courses taken from the summer after freshman year to the summer after junior year are included in your UC GPA calculation?

So does this mean that the colleges (UC) I apply to will not even take into consideration that I am taking calculus I at the cc? Will the colleges even know that I took Calculus or will my highest math be the last HS math course I took at my HS? I'm concerned because I would like colleges to know that Calculus is the highest math course I will take. Is there a way to list the college course that you are currently taking during the fall, and will take in the spring on the UC application?

Wouldn’t you list it on the application as a senior year course as you would a high school course? UC does recognize that some high school students take college courses:

UC admissions GPA does not include senior year high school or college courses, although admissions decisions may take those courses into account, and admissions may be made conditional on completion of senior year course work with specified minimum GPA and individual course grades.
