Yeah, with the studying thing I know this kid that studies ALL the time. He does pretty good but it's hard to imagine what he'll do in college. Compared to me who does no/very little studying and gets a 4.1 GPA. Our school is easy though. It just depends on you in the end.

A2Wolves did you honestly say that all of East Lansing off-campus is low income housing with high levels of crime? You act like its Flint or Inner city Detroit... because apparently you didnt make a visit 5 minutes down the road from Grand River Ave. towards Whitehills or Whitehills Lakes where the average yearly income is $300,000 or more for a household with plenty of millionaires in both neighborhoods, and those two neighborhoods are easily some of the biggest in East Lansing.

Your false statement there makes me think that you really need to re-visit East Lansing if you think the entire city is a ****hole, I'll agree with you that some of the quality of the dorms are embarassing, but East Lansing is a much nicer place than you may think it is.

Ok on topic though, it really depends on the professor, some professors make a course easy as cake while other professors really challenge you to learn the material at MSU, it's up to you to look for the challenging courses and professors but they are there at MSU and there's a good education for anyone who is the least bit interested enough in looking for it
