<p>Where does it mention the decisions for this year are already made? I can't seem to find that.</p>
<p>I blithely read the article without checking the date. It reads, "The number of undergraduate transfer students has climbed to 75 this year, rising more than 100 percent since the 2002-2003 academic year." I was under the impression that 55 were admitted, and was quick to chalk the increase up to this year (wishful thinking). Anyway, it was a stupid mistake, but I left it up because I think a number of people thought the number for last year was 55.</p>
