Are high schools required to send suspensions to colleges AFTER the student applies?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I don't really know where else this would go.

On the Common App, it asks if you have been charged for any criminal activity or suspended, and requires schools to report the details of the incident. After all the applications are done, however, are they still held accountable in forwarding that to colleges? I would think that unless it was an arrest, the answer would be no. Have any of you had any experience with this? Thanks.

The same question is asked on the mid-year report the school submits, and also on the final report the school submits (by that time should only be to the school you are admitted to).

The report asked about both disciplinary status and criminal history - if there have been any changes since the last report.

So the answer is YES, they would need to report it.
