Are my CFA scores competitive?

I just took my CFA today:
BBall: 62ft
Shuttle: 7.8sec.
Pull Ups: 10
Crunches: 63
Push Ups: 54
Mile: 8:08

Are those passing scores?

If you're a girl, you're in like flnt on the PRT.

Those times are acceptable, if you can come into plebe summer maintaining an 8:00 minute mile or even better you'll do fine.. the point of plebe summer is to get you in shape and you have an entire year ahead of you to prepare...

My daughters scores were very similar. Her pullups were less than yours, she's at 2. Her pushups are about the same her run is about a minute faster everything else was almost the same as yours and she got an appointment.

im a guy btw, ahhh i feel immasculated...

I just took my CFA today and I am a boy, just to specify, how do these cfa scores look?
BBall: 61ft
Shuttle: 11.0sec.
Pull Ups: 10
Crunches: 87
Push Ups: 70
Mile: 7:10

Are those passing scores?

I'm a guy. Took the CFA at NASS, and your scores beat mine considerably (except for my run, a 5:59). But I passed and have been accepted. I don't see why you wouldn't pass..!

For men, an 8:08 in the mile is slow. Not saying it's not acceptable for the CFA, but it puts you at the low end of the scale as most males run a 6:00-7:00. Your other elements are ok.

I would strongly suggest you work on your running b/t now and Plebe Summer. The best way to do this is consult your track coach or other professional and develop a training plan for you. A properly designed program will achieve the most benefits in the most efficient manner.

If you can improve your mile time by a minute or more (while not going down in the other elements) before the deadline, you may want to resubmit your CFA.

Hey, I've just taken my CFA yesterday-- here are my results:
BBall: 53'
Shuttle: 8.8 sec
Pull Ups: 15
Crunches: 77
Push Ups: 72
Mile: 5:55

My weight... I'm sorry, my mass is only 120 lb, that's why I was able to max out most of my assessments, but my bball throw SUCKED. I don't have a lot of upper body mass, and it is quite embarrassing to realize that I scored lower than half of the girls that were appointed to the academy-- 55 was the average for last year I recall. Will this present a difficulty for me during the CFA evaluation; moreover a physical challenge at the academy, should I be appointed there?

Generally, pullups "count" more than the Bball throw. Your 15 pullups (which is excellent) should demonstrate your upper body strength, which obviously depends somewhat on your overall body mass.

What's your height? There are height/weight guidelines.

Oh, really? I didn't know they had such guidelines. It make sense to me now if a light person's 1 mile run is equivalent to a heavy person's run, even if the first person is faster. Same would apply to basketball throw, shuttle run, etc.

Anyway, I'm merely 5'7". Wish I was a little taller.
