I said I wanted to major in economics, because even though I plan on going to medical school, I want to work in healthcare policies...C.A.S.'s broad range of coures would allow me to have a strong undergraduate program in both economics and the sciences.....
Also talked alot about its independent study programs, and How I might be able to do independent study in healthcare economics/healthcare policies....

Talked about C.A.S.'s study abroad program, with the london school of economics (Will give a global understanding to my perspective on healthcare policies.....

*** I don;t want to tell Cornell I did E.D. to another school.....lol....

Well, you shouldn't tell them you ED'd somewhere else, but what I meant was, since they HAD an ED option, you have to hint to why you didn't take that option, cause it doesn't help Cornell if they don't know if their school was not a first choice, if you know what I mean.

Id say you have a chance... your application is average id say. sat I is pretty much around the cornell average. sat II is a little weak in my opinion. GPA is fine.. EC looks good.
Your ranking in your school probably matters depending on how good your school is and how many people in your school apply...

That everyone has a decent chance, or that you have the same chance as everyone. I honestly think you have a better chance than the average applicant.

Look, no one can tell you anything that hasn't been said. What is it you want to hear - a precise estimate? 43.78% chance of acceptance? The fact is, you've already applied, you hit that send button, you forked over $70, now sit back and relax, enjoy senior year. Worrying won't help your chances, and there's really nothing you can do now...you did your best, gave it all you got, nothin you can do now, random people saying things like "decent chance" makes no difference, you know your GPA and SAT are in the range, so just relax :)

Btw, if you want to study health policies, wouldn't PAM in HumEc have been a good idea? anyway good luck

crap, i didn't even know about that major....but I guess I wanted a strong science background, because I want to go to med school ; with economics.....(I guess Arts and Sciences should be the best fit for me..)

Do you think Cornell would count that agaisnt me, I mentioned health care policies, in my arts and sciences essay......

doubt they'd hold it against you, but I figured that for anyone who wants to study Healthcare policy, PAM would be an obvious choice...it requires classes in both science and economics, and focuses on policy, especially in the areas of healthcare and consumer policy...it's in HumEc, so there's lots of Econ/Science classes, plus you can take classes in CAS...

yeah but anyway, nothing you can do now, and CAS is great too.
