Are my "reaches" and "matches" correctly categorized?

Hi, I'm going into my senior year of high school so obviously the college admission process is at the front of my mind. I'm trying to figure out if some of my picks for "reaches" and "matches" are accurately labeled and would appreciate any help/advice.

Here's a little bit about me:
My GPA: UW-3.96 W-4.6(Rough estimate, I can't recall the exact figure)

ACT: 33

I haven't yet taken any SAT II subject tests but I plan to at the net available testing time.

I have taken all honors/AP classes available to me throughout junior year (with the exception of World History and US History which i took over the summer to allow more space for electives during the school year).

Also, I scored all 5's on my junior year AP tests (Calc BC, Psych, and Physics B) and a 4 in Lang and Comp.

My senior year schedule is filled to the brim with AP classes and a math class which gives credit from the University of Illinois.

I have one year of football and basketball at high school and one year of tack and field(varsity).

I have competed on the Scholastic Bowl team since sophomore year and will continue to do so into my senior year.

In addition, I have been the president of a club at school called PAVE (its a more positive version of SADD- Students Against Drunk Driving but with other focuses) since my junior year and will be during my senior year.

I have received several awards for being an Academic Scholar through sports (i.e. track) and also Scholastic Bowl. In addition, I received a team award from football.

I don't currently have much volunteer time because I fill the remainder of my free time with working. I worked during my junior year at a fast food joint around 15-20 hrs a week and during the summer after junior year I have worked almost 40 hrs a week in retail. During my senior year that will probably go down to 25 hrs.

I'm expecting to get some pretty good letters of rec (both teachers know me well from class and extracurricullars and fortunately they like me).

I'm not sure if this is important but I'm pretty low income (around 25k) and will definitely be looking for financial aid.

I'm sorry if I just threw a bunch of very unnecessary information in your faces but without further ado here is my preliminary list of "reaches" and "matches:"

Reaches:
1. Stanford University
2. Pomona College
3. Northwestern University
4. Yale University
5. Cornell University

Matches:
1. University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
2. Illinois Wesleyan University
3. Washington and Lee University
4. Wesleyan University

So, yeah basically I want to know if these are categorized correctly and what you think my chances are for them. Also, if you have other suggestions they would be more than welcome. I really appreciate anyone and everyone's feedback.

:)

What is your intended major? Is IL your home state?
The list looks good but are you going to apply to all those reaches? You need to plan on ED/EA.

Stanford: Reach
Pomona: Reach
NWU: Reach
Yale: Reach
Cornell: Reach
UIUC: Safety (LAS)/Low match-Match (business/engineering)
Wesleyan: High match
Illinois Wesleyan: Safety
W&L: High match

To be honest I’m not entirely sure what I’d like to major in, which is one of the reasons I’m looking at so many LAC. Stanford, Pomona, Northwestern, and Yale I will be applying to really early (Sep 21) through a scholarship program. However, only about 800 or so students get the scholarship so If I don’t ill still take advantage of EA/ED.

Wesleyan is probably a higher match.

The rest seem fine (although some of your matches are fairly safe matches).

bump

not even remotely

So how would you organize them?
