Are my transcripts there? Should I call PSU?

I submitted my application on or about 11/27 (whatever day it was I know it was before the 11/30 deadline).
I requested my SAT scores be sent on 11/29
I requested my school send my transcripts on 11/30. I have not checked with them but I would assume they have sent them (by mail correct?).
On 12/10 I received an email saying they needed more credentials. I checked my PSU page and this is why I am now confused whether or not my transcript has been received or not.
The message says:
"Your application and high school transcript have been received. Please continue to check your status.

9th Grade transcript needed.
10th Grade transcript needed.
11th Grade transcript needed."

Contradiction right? Am I not getting something here? Anyone else get this?
Tomorrow I will check with my school to see if they have been sent and when, if they should have made it to them by now I guess I'll call PSU admissions..

Also, will it significantly impact my chances being that my credentials were shortly after Nov.30 priority deadline but app was submitted in time?

The November 30th date is priority for the entire application - with everything included. So you missed that date. Of course that puts you at a “disadvantage” but with applications slightly down this year maybe it won’t be very much. However the status screen you are talking about I got too, but then changed about a day or two later to reviewing credentials or something like that. If it says been received, its probably been received. If you want to call I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt.

I would call or email admissions. It seems strange that your school would have only sent a transcript for one year. The mistake may be Penn State’s.

Thank you for the replies. I just checked and it now has taken away the message that the 9th, 10th, and 11th grade transcripts were needed and now says “Your application and high school transcript have been received. Please continue to check your status.” Hopefully everything is there then and it was just a glitch on their part!
