Are test scores important for BC admissions?

I’ve heard that ACT/SAT scores are very important for the BC admissions process and I was wondering if anyone had insight on this.

Scroll through the BC common data set/ fact book (Google it) and you’ll see how important standardized testing is in admissions. Also look at the past BC result threads on College Confidential and look at the decisions for kids with low SAT/ACT scores.
