Are there ANY summer scientific research camps that aren't selective?

So, I have 3 research camps that I REALLY want to go to. All three are highly selective. I’m determined to research this summer, but I don’t have any safeties.

So are there any camps that guarantee admissions to those with fairly good stats/a decent essay?

@asdf789 Ann Arbor and Lansing are a few hours away, but I think my parents would be willing to make the drive
