Are you allowed to apply again if you are rejected from USC the first time?

I am planning to audition for a BFA program at the University of Southern California and had a concern. I know the audition process is very competitive. If I don’t get in, will I be able to audition next year as a transfer student (assuming I go to a different college)? Or do they not give you a second chance?
