<p>As a black woman, I can honestly say that it ALL comes down to preference and everyone will have different preferences, as seen already in this thread. God, will there ever be a day when we’ll completely be able to look beyond race? We’re all human beings, regardless of the color of our skin.</p>
<p>I’m an Indian girl and I’ve always been attracted to Indian (John Abraham, Siddharth, Hrithik Roshan, FTW), Pakistani, White (Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford FTW), or Persian guys (:</p>

<p>Whenever I see threads like this, I think of the study done on two groups of 5-year olds, one group all-white and another all-black. They took two dolls, one black and white, and asked both groups to say which doll they found more attractive and appealing. Now, it makes sense that the white group chose the white doll because like begets like, right? But the black group making the same choice baffled the hell out of me. That’s institutionalism at work right there, because I’m sure young children don’t have racial preferences.</p>
<p>Another thing worth pointing out is that Diddy is under heat for a leaked memo requesting that auditions for models to promote his Ciroc vodka only focus on whites, hispanics and light-skinned African Americans. Yikes.</p>
<p>Then you get people who say that they get this negative depiction of blacks from hip-hop culture. Which, for the most part with few exceptions (Diddy and Jay-Z) who also fell in this category, is a bunch of posing black guys getting paid by white guys. So if you have that depiction in your head, you gotta back away from the music videos pronto.</p>

<p>Homeschool Ga thanks for compiling a list of some of the beautiful black women. I hate the misconception that the only black women are Beyonce and Rihanna, it’s so annoying ( I’m a black female btw) . I love Meagan Good, Lauren London, and Gabrielle Union.</p>
