My teachers get y score because the school district pays for our AP tests..

i don't really see how it is an invasion of privacy... Your teachers have been working with you for a whole year trying to get you to get a good score on this test. i think the least they deserve is to know how you (and as a result your teacher) did to help you prepare for the test.

At my school the teachers know before the students. My teached emailed me to tell me what I got because I didn't have my score yet.

Yea, my teachers all get AP scores...and they'll brag about % of 5s their students got last year.

i agree with Bigb14

Does this mean they see how you performed overall on the test, such as on the different sections?

Im not sure if this was answered.
SAT scores are sent to the guidance office, if you put your school on your forms.
AP scores are sent to your school. My english teacher had a list of his kids' scores from last year up on his chalkboard all year.

Indeed, I see my student's actual AP scores. They are addressed to our school's guidance counselor.

There is also supposed to be a report that comes later that details some of the strengths and weaknesses by topic, but my guidance counselor claims never to have seen this.

well my ap teacher came up to me saying congrats cuz i was one of the few that got a 5 in the test so i guess he gets the scores.

Think of it this way-the hundreds you're spending now may very well save you thousands in the future (you've always got to keep things in prospective :p)

at my school the ap coordinator gets the scores then passes on individual classes to the teacher, so at my school the teachers are informed of scores right before school starts

My school's teachers see who got what on which APs...

my friend's mom is a teacher at my school which is how he found out his AP scores early....!

I'm pretty sure they get each students specific scores. Like they'll have a list of who took the test and their score from a school, and they can give it to the teacher/s who taught the class. Last year my APUSH teacher told us the names of those who passed because he had a list, and the AP English teacher called everyone who got fives on either of the two tests, so I'm pretty sure they got lists with names and scores, otherwise they're psychic.

yes, for each school, all the scores are sent to the guidance office, and the teachers are able to see them.
trust me, my mamma is an AP english teacher, and she got all of her scores.
so that sucks if ya got a bad score...

^ Like a 2 on AP english?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
<3 ya nish
