I’ve also been trying to research Ohio U’s MT program and there’s not a lot of info online. I did talk to the professor on-site at Chicago Unifieds and while they have had BFA Acting, the MT program is only a couple years old. I think 2019 was the first incoming fall class, which is why there’s not a lot of info. My daughter did a walk-in and really enjoyed the audition and got a good vibe. She’s been accepted for MT, so now we may be heading there for a campus visit. Good luck! This process is so hard!
Its on MT Facebook group that Umich calls have started to go out.
Hi. Can you remind me of the name of the FB Group?. Thanks!
MT Parents
to clarify the umich rumor has not been verified lol!!!

My D was accepted to Drake BFA MT today.
For Acting or MT?
For MT
Hey- just keeping up!! My two boys went through last year, and my daughter will go through in two years. Both boys were accepted to AZ MT, chose a different program. A dear friend was waitlisted, chose another great program, got off the WL end of April. Is now a very happy freshman at AZ. We absolutely loved/love the directors, it’s a very smell program, but don’t give up hope!!
*SMALL program!!
Congradulation!!!
Rough night. No for my D at UNCG. I just hate this .
Ouch! it does hurt, we know Wish good Yeses will be coming your way.

I’m so sorry…we are in the same boat! Two no’s today…1 to start off our morning and 1 to end our evening - ugh!! Hoping for a better day tomorrow!!
Exactly.
I’m sorry. Wishing you a better day today!
My D also got a no from UNCG. She said they only take 7. SEVEN!!!
Sorry everyone for the no’s. March and April can be really tough. Hopefully, there will be some really exciting yeses in the mix, but quite frankly, for many kids there ends up being a lot of no’s. It’s just the reality of the numbers. Although, my daughter got to a point in late April that she started finding some humor in the “no thank you” letters. Her favorite was when she got the yard sign and puzzle from TCU just a few days after the rejection email.
