<p>I know registration only begins in August, but are first year arts students only supposed to pick courses at the 100 level? Or can we take any courses as long as there are no pre-requisites or limitations? I've been looking through the course calender and I'm a bit confused...lol :)</p>
<p>in minerva it will list restrictions for courses: if it says only U1 and up students can register and you're U0 then you can't register- it will tell you.</p>
<p>what exactly does 100, 200 and so forth mean? is it like in high school how first year course codes end in one, second year 2, and so forth?</p>
