Arts Supplement (Music) for EA

Is it a bad idea to submit the Arts Supplement if the resume is weak? I haven't won any significant competitions -- I intend to do some serious auditions this summer/fall but wouldn't hear back until after the EA deadlines pass -- so would I be better off leaving the Arts Supplement out for my SCEA school? Singing is personally my most important extracurricular, and I would really like to submit a recording to support that, but I know that the Arts Supplement is intended for those who already have major honors to show.

This is kind of a related question: Hypothetically speaking, is there a way to notify a college of a recent major achievement AFTER the application deadline?

Any and all advice appreciated! Thanks :)

You need to read the instructions carefully. Most of the good colleges restrict you from sending even the resume.Do not dare to send a supplement unless you have a significant achievement in that field. I mean it nationally otr internationally.

Okay, I see that it’s unacceptable. Thank you for reply, Gurung!
