<p>Go go this page and scroll down and click on Teacher evaluation form. This is what the teacher rec form looks like. A teacher could write more in the paragraph section if they wanted as I believe they upload their written part. </p>

<p>Additional recommendation letters probably are about a page, there is no rule. Too long a letter is too much to read.</p>
