<p>I have a Connecticut accent. Yes, its does exist. Basically, that means I don't say the "t"s in the middle of words--i.e. I say "mountain," "moun-ain" (sort of, but less extreme and I kind of imply there's a t there). My parents, who are from Queens and Long Island, will never stop making fun of me for this despite the fact that they have much stronger accents than I do! </p>
