Ask Snoop

I take Latin.

I'd rather not go into detail, although suffice it to say he was very douchey.

How was your day?

Good. I didn't have my first class w/ Boy today, and missed my second class with him because of volunteering. Buuut, I spoke to him in the hall... multiple times! Yyyyeah.

It sounds as if NotEmo Boy is just douchey by nature (no offense to NEB).

Sounds good.... For you.

Sometimes I feel like telling him that, but then I don't, because he isn't really trying to be douchey. Oh well. I have accepted, though, that he likes someone else probably.

Is he just one of those people who constantly act rude (but unintentionally)? Because I have a friend who is very witty and fun to be around... but she can also be incredibly dismissive of other people. Buuut... that's just the way that she is. She doesn't realize that she's condescending towards other people.

If I were you, I would just say, "You're such a douche sometimes," and walk off.
I like confrontations. I can't stand stewing in my own anger. It's better just to say something and get it out. The problem usually resolves itself when someone exposes it.

But he isn't douchey, really. I'm projecting. He is pretty wishy-washy, though. He'll talk to me the whole period one day, then ignore me the next day. Whatever.

You have a friend like that? Weird. I'm just like that. NEB tells me I'm awfully rude and sarcastic, but I'm just really being brutally honest.

Ha, ha. That's funny. NEB is blunt.

I think that people (in general) do that. Sometimes, when Boy sees me, he'll wave from far away to get my attention. Sometimes, we both kind of see each other, but saying hello seems too awkward, and we pretend that we didn't see each other. ...Do you know what I mean?
It's this odd thing that humans do. We're afraid of revealing just how attached to someone/something we are, so we feign indifference.

But he actually likes you, dummy. And NEB is in denial; he's just like me, just more likable.

Nah, I get what you're saying. I always pass a bunch of people I know in the hall, but no one says anything.

Has everyone abandoned me?

I'm still here. After the pig roast I feel like the guys in the frat are chill but uber preppy. I don't know what I want anymore.

I see. I'd run far far away if I were you.

Hello, my name is "Because I have a friend who is very witty and fun to be around... but he can also be incredibly dismissive of other people. Buuut... that's just the way that he is."

No NotEmo Girl class. Talked to her here and there, nothing special. Except that she's awesome.

Why, why, do people add custom emoticons on MSN?

The Shins are too awesome.

Don't bands realize that having a song on an Apple commercial does not make them famous? It makes them 'that band that was on that iPod commercial a few months ago'

but i've drinken so much of their fine beverages and eaten so much of their food and have fun hanging out. but they're sooooo preppy.

Why? Because if they didn't, they'd be giving into the man. Apparently, they don't realize.

Sucks for you and Neg, though. Really, I'm sad on the inside.

Venkat: When you say "soooooo preppy", does that mean AE-wearing, "chill" frat guys?

soooooo pretty

Preppy. Preppy.

Oops. Better?

AE is not preppy. I mean preppy for the Ivy League. Preppier than anything you've seen.

Yes.

Why must emo people be so irritating?

Like...... Amherst preppy?!?!?!?!?! I'm so sorry.

I wouldn't know, although NotEmo people are awfully maddening.

I'm fine with NotEmo people. Emo people irritate me. I don't want to introduce EmoGirl because she will ruin the evening.

I don't understand NotEmo people. Is this like snoop's NotEmo boy who she liked?

AE popped collar stuff is bro. Preppy is like nice polos, khakis, button down shirts, just really rich looking.
