So I already have 2 letters of rec, both of whom i've known since 10th grade. However, I'm applying to the Ross (the business school) at michigan and figured that it'd be good to have my business class teacher write me a letter of rec. i just joined deca this year because i took economics AP and REALLY liked business. even though i've only known the teacher for 3 months, i've gotten really close with her. would it be a good idea to have her write me a letter of recommendation?

c’mon guys, anyone? I have to ask this teacher by tomorrow, it’s due the 1st of november.

If she knows you really well, it doesn’t matter if you’ve only known her for 3 months. The fact that many schools recommend asking teachers from either junior or senior year would also indicate that it’s more than fine to ask a teacher who you’ve met this year as long as they know you well
