Would appreciate any data on the Assured Admissions? Read somewhere that UNC can only admit 18% from OOS - does that number apply to individual programs or overall university level admissions?
Can a current student give us an idea based on stats of those who got in previous years?

In a particular program say Assured Admission for UNC-KF could have more than 18% from OOS as long as total population of the freshmen from out of state is less than or equal to 18%. Thank you.
Do have any other information on Excel@Carolina - % of OOS students?
Don’t quote me on this, but I’m pretty sure the 82/18 rule (really it’s state law) only applies to overall college admissions and not individual programs.
To further specify: The rule is for undergrad admissions. For example, UNC Law had a 63/37 NC/OOS ratio for it’s 2021 class.
