I read an older CC post that said ASU will pay travel expenses for nmsf/nhrp campus visits.
Does anyone know if they still do this? Do you have link to the information? Thanks.

Where did you see that CC post? Can you provide a link?
I vaguely remember recently ASU providing a hotel room for a visit.
I also vaguely remember the Boarding Pass sent to a few select students to visit the ASU Polytech campus. the school selected a few applicants to send this to.
Here’s one but it is pretty old.

On that thread there is a link about this…but that link no longer works. I’m guessing that the wide-offer is no longer.
As I mentioned, a few years ago, ASU-Polytech would cherry-pick some students and send them a fly-in offer.
Years ago, when my son was NMSF, there were a few schools that were doing fly-ins for any NMSF, but even those schools seemed to have stopped. Maybe their yield was too low to justify and students were just going for the free trip. lol
My son was a NMSF this past year and received a mailing that included a promotional material called “boarding pass” The way it was presented, I assumed that all NMSF got them and possibly other high achieving students. Basically they offered to give you a stipend to help cover travel expenses. If you lived relatively close to ASU, then you received a small stipend. If you lived far away, you got a larger stipend. We had to call the admissions office to find out how much they would give as a stipend.
Here is a link to a few posts specifically about ASU that is buried in a much broader thread.

Thanks for the info.
Since we still don’t know about nmsf yet, I was wondering if we could take advantage of the offer this summer based on nhrp. Fall will be too busy.
OU will also pay for one night of lodging.
