<p>At Columbia University School of General Studies, has there ever been a case where a transfer student gets full financial aid as a transfer student? I used up all of my Pell Grant, etc. Will the FAO give me extra university grant to cover this? I do not want to take out loans.</p>

However, every situation is different and the best way to determine what financial aid you would be offered is to apply.
