Even the teacher coudn't get WHY the answer is "'''5/8"'''

Event A occurs with probability 0.4. The conditional probability that A occurs given that B occurs is 0.5 , while the conditional probability that A occurs given that B does not occur is 0.2. What is the conditional probability that B occurs given that A occurs?

SO... Anyone knows WHY the answer is "5/8"????

Please help me on this..PLEASE..:(
Thanks in advance!!

Wow this is kinda hard. Maybe it's just me ;( I've never encountered this kind of problem... How do you solve it?

u have to do 1-.2 (event B DOES NOT OCCUR) since ur looking for the prob. that event B does occur..so then its .5/.8=5/8

I'm getting the answer as 5/6...
/fail stats oh well

hahahaha
