at what point do highly selective colleges not care about SAT scores

after what SAT score do highly selective colleges not or hardly differentiate between peopl

2400 (characters)

I disagree.

They're not going to distinguish between a 2360 and a 2400. That's silly.

I have a feeling that they will not distinguish much between a 2360 and 2390, but go crazy when they see 2400.

I agree that all scores 2350+ are considered semi-equivalent. I don't agree that they would "go crazt when they see 2400" because they know the difference between 2370 and a 2400 can be simple luck on one single question - not really a reflection of inate ability.

score 700+ in each section is good.
650+ isn't bad either.

2300+ and youre set
