At what TIME do scores come?

<p>They come February 14th, but do they come at 5 AM that day, or when the entire nation hits 12 am(3 am EST)? Does the javascript code usually work the day before?</p>

<p>its 8AM eastern time.. i dont know if that means 8AM western time also or 5AM adjusted but its 8AM eastern</p>
