Because of my hurry in trying to submit my application due to my malfunctioning Common App, I was under the impression that my Athletic supplement went to every school.
Unfortunately, I have realized this is not the case. I did not include any athletics in my general Common App.
Not putting any sports down in my Common App is regrettable for my applications because as far as I know, the application consideration is holistic, and for schools like Notre Dame, there's emphasis towards a student being well-rounded.

My sports include: (HS indicates High School, C indicates Club)
- C Powerlifting; team member training for the BC Spring Open @ Olympic Oval (gr 12)
- HS Varsity Wrestling team (gr 12)
- HS Varsity Ultimate Frisbee; 2011 Regional, Provincial & West Coast champions (gr 11)
- C Starting Cornerback for American Football team (gr11)
- HS JV Rugby (Regional Champions every year), Volleyball & Cross-Country (gr 8-11)
- HS Named 4-Sport athlete of the year in grades 8-11

Are these stats even worth mentioning?
What do I do for schools like NYU and Cornell that take on Jan 1?
I've sent an e-mail to the Notre Dame admissions office; have there been any past precedents where an insertion of something by e-mail actually works?

Thanks!!
