<p>Does Drexel offer the walk-on tryout option for any sports? Or, for those not recruited, are we forever stuck playing club or intramural sports?</p>

<p>Yes, you are allowed to tryout and walk-on to a varsity teams, but you should probably contact one of the coaches first.</p>
<p>I’ve already been accepted to the school, without any type of communication with the field hockey coach. I’ve attempted to email her a few times throughout the past few years to no avail. I guess I’ll give a walk on a shot, and if not I can always play club. Do you know if they advertise when these tryouts are?</p>
<p>When the time comes, they may post it on the website (but no guarantees). The only other way I can think of contacting the coach is through a phone call (if she answers), but you could also go to one of the camps. This would give them a good look at you, and you could possibly talk to the coach afterwards if she has time. Coaches are very busy people, so I wouldn’t get discouraged if you don’t get an email back :)</p>
